What is a subscription?

When you subscribe to the Island of PodPi, you will receive a treasure box with our starter kit, Volume 0 of the adventures, your Arduino board, fun components, and be on your way, learning JavaScript and electronics.

From here, each month you will receive the next complete kit with new adventures, new components, new projects, and build on your previous skills.  Check out FAQ below for common questions and answers

The subscription renews each month (or customize your schedule) and you can cancel at anytime.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within one day after placing your order.

 

What age range is PodPi for?

Each kit is designed for ages 9-14.  We have younger subscribers working with their parents and some adults as well.

Do you ship outside the US?

For International customers, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

 

How many hours per kit?

Each kit and lesson book has content for 3-6 hours of learning depending on the student.

How do I start from the beginning?

All new subscriptions start with our starter kit and Volume 0

 

What if I get stuck?

You can get help from our team by email, phone, and even join our internal Slack Community.

 

Do you offer classes?

We offer classes through our partners.  Ask us how to become a partner and host events at your school.

Do schools use your program?

PodPi is currently taught in 20 schools or after-school programs in the US, Canada and South Korea.

Will my child build a robot?

Your child will learn the basics of electronics and JavaScript allowing him or her to build robots later on.
